Leading
Leading involves the act of influencing others by showing the reason and possibilities of attaining organization goals and objectives. For leading to be effective in an organization this should starts with the leader. Communication is a very effective tool in an organization so managers should communicate effectively. Power should be used effectively but not to undermine those under the power.
